Our website and these Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. By placing an order you are agreeing to accept these Terms & Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected either by this statement or by any of the Terms & Conditions below.
Liability Little Eskimo's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Little Eskimo to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. Little Eskimo shall not be liable for any indirect special or consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Little Eskimo cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in its catalogues or on its website. Little Eskimo will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. The inclusion of any such links does not constitute an endorsement by us.
Little Eskimo does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees.

Making A Purchase Your Order A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been accepted processed and despatched (by which point your credit/debit card will have been charged for the value of the goods despatched). You receiving an email confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received and are processing your order will not constitute our acceptance of that order and therefore at that point a contract will not exist between us. |
Delivery Delivery times stated are estimates only and delivery timing is not the essence of the contract between us and you. We will always endeavour to despatch orders on the working day that the order is placed, or the next working day, but this is not always possible. If an item is out of stock and we do not anticipate new stock until 7 days from the point you order, we will endeavour to contact you to seek instruction from you as to whether you would prefer to wait or cancel your order for a refund. In the event that we are unable to contact you we will hold your order for despatch when the goods come into stock.

Delivery Schedule Orders are usually despatched within 1 working day and we can deliver to all addresses on the UK mainland only.
First Class Delivery £3.95 per order. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery for heavy or higher value orders.
European & Worldwide Delivery Costs are calculated in your basket prior to order confirmation. Please allow upto 10 days for delivery. A signature will be required for larger items. |
Back Orders If an item in your order happens to be out of stock we will contact you with the best information we have on when it will arrive. Naturally you have the option of waiting a little longer or cancelling your order. |
Tax Charges All our prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. |

Guarantee At Little Eskimo we promise that our products will be as impressive in person as they appear in print and online and we offer a simple replacement or refund guarantee. If you are not completely satisifed with anything you buy from us, for whatever reason, you can return the item(s) to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you (or exchange the item(s) if you prefer). Delivery and/or postage charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Privacy Policy We use your infomation to process your order, provide you with information about Little Eskimo products and analyse customer purchasing. You can tell us not to send you information about Little Eskimo at any time.
We sometimes make our mailing list (name and postal address) available to organisations if we think their products or services may be of interest to you (unless you have told us not to when ordering or at any time after). We do not make your email address or telephone number available to any other company. Little Eskimo Limited is fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Cookies are small text files that our website will send to your computer. They allow our site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They can't read information saved on your drive and are not computer programmes. Without using cookies our website will not function properly and you will not be able to order. Returns Policy Little Eskimo's policy is to encourage you to return any item with which you are unhappy, or which is not as you expected, or if you have simply changed your mind about it. You have a statutory right to do this within 7 days but Little Eskimo extend this right to 60 days from receipt of items.
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for a full refund up to the point of despatch.
After despatch, returning any item will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). On receipt of the returned goods, Little Eskimo will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the delivery and/or postage) or an exchange for the same or alternative products to the same value. You must, however, return the goods to Little Eskimo unused (and where appropriate prior to assembly if the item was not delivered fully assembled, and/or unwashed) in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
You are responsible for arranging returns and we suggest you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service via your local Post Office, always retaining a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. |
